Q:

caliber change for talon .22 to a .177

I am thinking of picking up a .22 talon SS but would like a .177. So I was thinking of picking up the .22 and buying another barrel and adding the TTQCTH will this work…. Currently I have a condor and was advised not to shoot .177 through it due to tank dump, but if I remember correctly the talon has a smaller valve.

Thanks Cally

At Reliable Permit Solutions, LLC we realize that bidding on loads is highly competitive and fast paced. We have experienced agents with a vast knowledge of the costs that can be incurred throughout your permitting process to ensure you get the best rates when acquiring your trucking permits.

Now that is an idea that I hadn’t though of….. but I am thinking that having a second .177 talon ss would work better. I am concerned that having an extra tank and barrel lying around (close enough to be at hand for caliber changes, but out of the way enough I don’t bend/break either tank or barrel.) If I had 2 different guns then I would not have to worry about zeroing an optic and changing parts out. I want to get the gun tuned for my needs and then be able to call upon it whenever needed.

Currently my condor .22 is perfect at 850 fps and I do not really want to change it.

but i would like a small quiet paper puncher/rat killer.

Hello,

if you have a condor, why not just swap the barrel and the tank on the condor?

barrel + standard flow tank is cheaper than talon 22 + barrel
