I had the double loading problem and figured out there is a point in the cocking cycle where if not moved far enough to the rear the pellet can be chambered without the hammer being cocked. I wouldn’t know it until I would pull the trigger and it woild not fire. that is when you should slide the ROT switch to OFF so another pellet doesn’ ROTate into loading position while you move the cocking lever back again but this time far enough to latch the hammer.
I wonder if there is an adjustment to assure hammer latching each time a pellet is rotated into loading position. But in my case it was resolved by making sure I moved the cocking lever fully to the rear in it’s slot.
Ok thanks guys, I’m familiar with the “stop” switch on the right hand side and will use as described, I appreciate your help. Problem now is to avoid double loading pellet.
Sure! Move the magazine arresting slider (#77) fully rearward. While pointing gun in a safe direction move bolt to the rear as when cocking and hold it; then pull the trigger and allow bolt to slowly move forward. Remember…there is a pellet in the breech and must be fired PRIOR to returning the magazine arresting slider forward. HTH!
Make sure you lock mag before you do this because it will load another pellet into chamber when cocking it again with mag on gun. the lock is the little lever on right side of gun near bottom of magazine
