how do the barrel crowns respond to polishing, and
is it even necessary? just asking. nope. haven’t looked at mine, but curious about other experiences.

The Edgun crowns are perfect the way they are. You stand a greater chance of screwing up accuracy by trying to polish it than by just leaving it alone.
There are some cheap pcp’s out there that have everything to gain and nothing to loose by polishing the crown. The Edgun isn’t one of them.
