Bsa with a cricket barrel
I finished this project up tonight and just wanted to show it off. I got the lonestar in pretty bad shape. Had a non bsa .177 barrel on it with an ugly shroud. I made all the plastic parts from brass and then copied my ultra’s .22 cal probe in d2 tool steel. Polished everything bright. I had a .22 cricket barrel that had been cut down on the breech end and sleeved. Just happen to be only .020″ over the bsa breech. So it got turned down and the transfer port was milled for the seal. I’m pretty happy with the results so far. I’ll post some accuracy results in a few days if anyone’s interested.

The ldc isn’t very heavy. I would use a different one but it came with the metric threads from the cricket. The barrel is the same diameter as a bsa barrel so not really an issue I hope. I think it does need a reg just to make it a little more custom right. :biggrinn:
