De-tune a Condor valve?

I have a CO2 adapter, which I believe uses a Condor valve. Is there a way to de-tune the valve down to talon level? I don’t think the adjustable top hat from Talon Tunes throttles down the valve enough. I’m looking for 12 fpe. So a normal Talon valve, or even a Micrometer valve would be ideal. I’m also open to the idea of trading with someone if you have a talon valve you’re not using.
