Shot string question
I picked up a used R3m .25 and decided to run some lead down the tube to see how it was set up. What I would like is some advice on how it looks from some people who have spent some time with one. I started with a 220 bar fill and shot it down to about 140 bar. High of 905 and low 852 av 870 es 53 sd 13. I have been trying to figure out how to convert the string to a graph but having no luck.

Gave the HST a full turn and ended up in the 940’same so I backed it off about a half turn and ended up with this string starting at 210 bar starting from shot 1 to shot 20

That isn’t going to fix itself, you should turn up the HST.
I’ll give the HST spin and take it up a few fps. Thanks for the input everyone.

Found out that the previous owner only put about 300 shots through it so maybe I’ll give it a little while and see if it changes.
Your gun is fine, turn your HST CW 1/2 turn and that should solve your problem. Or turns it until you reach 900fps.
I forgot to let you all know that the string is from last to first.
First a question…45 to 1 shots??? Which end of the string was your first shot? If #45 was first, it looks like your not operating on the regulator. After tuning, I have never chronied a string of 60 shots with an ES over 20 @ 911 fps…average is around 14 ES . The velocity dropping looks like it is operating on the cylinder pressure.

Looking much better! I would maybe pull the regulator apart when you have a chance, to see if you can lower the extreme spread. Some of the earlier R3M models came with too much grease on the washers inside the regulator from the factory which can some inconsistency between shots. See this thread for more info.
