Q:

Mounted my NVG scope!

Holy shit this thing is bad ass! So we sat out on the porch with the scope, spotting scope and laser looking around the back yard. Everybody loves it including my wife. The blazer is retarded. If laser in the scope is stupid. Cannot wait for the coyote hunt next weekend. And the TT cf tank at 3400 psi gets 85 fpe with 45 gr slugs. I think I am ready for anything.

Armasight fan here too. 5X Orion on the top Colibri for the Dairy farm rats at night. The illuminator (not shown)came with it & is an 815 I believe. Our furthest shot is 50 yards, so this combination works great and these Colibris are VERY quiet.
Bottom Colibri is for the daytime feral pigeons & starlings that infest the place as well. I agree about never going back to night hunting with flashlights. NV is a whole different ballgame.

Nice set up. Like that 22. Hopeing to break mine in over the next couple weeks. Got some vacation coming up.

I see that’s why I had not see it before.
I have tried many of the IR light’s but the best so far are the NM400IR & NM800IR from dereelight as far as I am concerned. The cheap china crap like the T20 & T30 don’t come close but you read threads on the net how good they are. I think those people must have not tried the better options.

Here’s my NM400IR on my 22LR rabbit gun going to put the scope and light on my condor tonight and work on some of the rabbits we have around at the moment.

I will never go back to hunting at night with a light. Once you go NV you never go back :8:
cheers

Thanks. It’s the one that came with the scope. Not sure on a model number. Hopefully get to break it in this weekend.

Looks like a nice set up you have their enjoy the hunt.

cheers
