POI shift
I have a .22 Carbine. Sighted in a month(or so) at 95deg. outside temp. Took it out yesterday(68deg) and was 3″ high&right at 50yds. Same ammo and fill pressure. Not clipping the ldc. Any ideas why poi changed so much. Both sessions were off a Wichita bench-rest and bags. Thanks

Other then that 3″ at 50 yards is a lot.
Usually I’m about 1-2 clicks off from the temperature changes with the scope tube if any.

I think garczar skedaddled??? 3″ at 50Y is really significant. 😯 I am with keysor on the scope mounts being loose or the scope being bad? I wonder if he disassembled the gun.
Are the stock bolts tight? Is your barrel dirty? There’s always more than one thing to check when POI changes.
Did you cut off your barrel band yeeeeeet, free float ?

Every time I transport my Cricket bullpup 25 in its pelican case the POI changes..
But its a tight fit, I have to take the adjustable butt plate off, I think the inside case is pressing on the barrel.
I know you can not lean a Marauder on its barrel standing up,,, You have lay it down like under the bed unless you want to sight it in all the time…
I make sure I lean my crickets on there scope in my gun safe,

When I have a POI shift I always start simple. First thing I do is chrony the gun and compare the numbers to the day I zeroed the gun. If everything is close in FPS then I check the scope. I have found if the gun is not shooting zero but it’s still shooting the same speed (with in 10 fps) then I have found the POI shift is most often caused by the scope/mount.

In the past someone referred the Cricket rifle as a Carbine, the rifle has a barrel band seen in the middle of the barrel.
