It sure does … 🙁

quote Sir Ville:

Ville, I can’t help being handsome and it wasn’t MY mother. It’s cold and dark here and people are grumpy, makes you miss the old fatherland doesn’t it?

I never got good accuracy with the original barrel which was really rather poor in quality and leaded up super fast. There wasn’t that much difference from .357 to .360 bullets. There are some groups posted in that thread, nothing spectacular – 1″ groups at 50M and 3″ groups at 100M. In general JSBs were always a bit more accurate than cast bullets but I didn’t try them past 50M. I’m actually in a process of getting a longer probe to be able to shoot JSBs again.

Thank you so much for the link. I can’t wait to check it out. May I ask, what lead shoots best out of it. Mine would barely group 5-7 in 1″ @ 25 yards using the jsb .35 exacts!! Would a .356 sized pellet or slug shoot better?

Well over 200 fpe is doable, I have mine at 220+ fpe. 150 fpe is easy. Check my tuning thread for details.

Oh yeah…thank you sir

Try Will Piatt.

Anyone know of someone who makes upgraded valve stems for it…and where to get the springs?

Thanks guys…

J

Be careful, valve stems are known to break w/ OEM spring & valve material is soft.

There is hammer Spring adjuster. But won’t give big differences. Yes, a strong hammer Spring and weak valve stem Spring will do the job.

Im pretty sure they do not have a hammer spring adjuster. So get a stronger spring for it.
