Q:

Airgun Technolagy customer service

I would just like to say what a awesome customer service air gun Technolagy have , my linkage rod snapped on my .25 Vulcan on Sunday night, I emailed them and 7mins later I had a reply from Evergy at 12 midnight on a Sunday night awesome, sent him the pictures of the broken bits and my address and the part arrived 4 days later , bear in mind I’m in the UK and he’s in CZ , unbelievable how quick this all turned around 10 out of 10 to Evergy and his team, it’s a pity other manufacturers can’t do this (Kalibrgun) lol

That could be a good looking thing – not you, you ugly bastard, but an SS knob. Maybe something along these lines :

Or like this one :

Both in SS, of course …

I may just have my brother make me a custom one out of SS.

He offered to exchange mine too, maybe I should have taken him up on that…..

Better yet – a speziale :

Easy to make. You just need a bit of SS rod threaded M6 at both ends and buy any knob you like.

AGN / Evgeny customer service is second to none. A very nice guy and keen on keeping his Guns ticking. Good stuff !!

Oak, I had to use it for something……….maybe Ernest will PM me soon telling me my Vulcano is healed…

Since Zonk has been two timing his wife with LeadPecker his airgun luck has went South as his Pecker has gone North.

The Vulcan is an awesome gun! My .22 was a holer. There was a short period that I thought I was having issues with it. It wasn’t the gun it was my Crony on the Fritz. Vulcan is an exceptional gun it really is. I emailed Evgeny with my issue and he diagnosed it over an email which was Zonks issue really because old Zonk took the spring that I took out of my gun and put it in his and it shot fine for a long time. But Zonk doesn’t get it you don’t bang nails into the barn with the Vulcan.

Zonk and Lead it’s sweat

Hinder sight usually is closer to 20/20.
My experience has been the opposite of Zonk’s.
My .22 Vulcan continues to shoot good in spite of me doing heart surgery and brain surgery on it several times.
Not that I didn’t have a occasional 20-30 fps jump. But mine would be just for 1 shot. And that isn’t enough to significantly effect POI at 40-50 yards.
Since I turned the regulator down to about 110 bar I got a spread of 16 fps from 250 bar fill down to 95 bar for 106 shots averaging 868 fps.

:sadn:

Maybe instead of all the complaining you butt pirate you should have taken it.

He offered to exchange mine too, maybe I should have taken him up on that…..

Yesterday my new cocking lever arrived, along with an extra bag of screws, pins, push nuts and a new hammer spring. My email was answered within minates and the parts were in the mail the next morning. Also Evengy offered to replace my entire gun for a new one. Extraordinary customer service in this market. My early Vulcan has a new rod, cocking lever and all was covered under the warranty with no hassel. Put it all back together and have shot 9 magazines with smooth operation. Thank you Airgun Technologies for great customer service!
