Q:

vulcan 6.35 spring is too short?

I finally have a dream vulcan 6.35 , which is a very good work. But power is too small, is not the root cause of the spring? Where can I buy? Or give me the size of the spring (wire diameter, spring diameter, length, number of turns). Please help me

In fact this is my plan to get the same spring but some how longer size… but i afraid Evgeny has set the regulator too to 12FPE ??!!!! in this case i need to take out the reg and set it myself …which is i don’t like to do it….i don’t have the reg Tester. ..

Thanks

Hi, that spring is just too short, if you can find a local supplier you will be fine. Yours is cut to its half length roughly or maybe even shorter. get a longer one in.

Hi, that spring is just too short, if you can find a local supplier you will be fine. Yours is cut to its half length roughly or maybe even shorter, try to get a full length, then you don’t need the spacer.
with the current setup your gun has a power curve, full cylinder => low power, empty cylinder around 100bar => more power. need to replace the spring.

Hi Sir,

it looks like your Vulcan has set for 12 FPE, you may live in Europe or somewhere that you have a power restriction, the spring that you showed is cut off to provide a sub 12 FPE, i have the same issue and i want to order or buy a stronger spring locally … i also would be grateful if some could help or send the the dimensions of the original spring that set for unrestricted power,

my friend has brought with himself a Vulcan from Sweden, but the power is 12FPE, the caliber is .25cal, he gave it to me to check why his Vulcan barrel is rotates and not tight and also he had some air leaking which can be heard from the barrel,

i disassembled the gun, i checked everything, nothing wrong with the tank, my friend spoiled almost most of the screws, and i investigated that the barrel screw is too short and it never touched/reached the barrel to tight it up, good i have enough screws and o-rings for my Edguns that Ed has sent me all for free, i can assemble more than 50 Edguns with my spare o-rings and screws if i have other parts, even the brass o-ring i have about 40 , THANSK ED, i could help my friend, i changed all screws that he touched,
so, this problem is solved, barrel is tight, tanks is also, but the spring power is cut off and it is too short to provide the enough FPE,

all parts are good and the gun is good quality, but one of the screws that tight the air reservoir is spoiled with my friend, the washer that holds the crews at back side, i also need this washer, to replace it,

guys, please help us with this matter,,,

thanks and regards,,
