Till now I can’t find titanium
But i noticed that my valve stem extra weight is in the cap not the rod

Can you find Titanium in Egypt ?

I am already have the first plastic original valve but it was broken and I have got the aluminum one from kwiet
The original plastic one is 2.7 gm
The aluminium one is 3.6 gm
The one I have made is 6 gm stainless steel :suprisedn:

Tejani I do not know If you know or had first valve from kalibrgun? If yes those were all plastic and were a bit lighter than currently one.
Somewhere on this forum I have weight comparison both valves. I think lighter one is better for air efficiency.

Hi GKU
Thank u for your answer
Sure I will post pictures after I got reasonable one

I would suspect that the added mass will cause it to stay open a bit longer, it might not be as air efficient as the OEM ?

It would be not that much of a difference maybe if it’s not to much heavier or if it does try adding more tension to the valve spring.

Hey Doc, when you finish making them can you post some pictures Sir ?
