Scope barrel alignment problem
How to fix the bad alignment between the barrel and the scope
My zero is at 50 meter but there is a shift of poi to the right with distance increase

What scope and mounts are you using? Have you tried others?
use thin-metal shim ( e.g. 0.1mm ) on the mount if it’s weaver or use Burris Signature rings but personally I don’t like the look of it. For dovetail mount, I use fiberglass + epoxy shim on the inner face of the ring. By using the ring and the scope as the mold and apply shim to both rings, any mis-alignment between the rings can be taken out totally.

Sounds to me that you’re experiencing a Lateral Misalignments of the Scope to bore.
To check, zero at a close distance of 10 yards or less if possible.
Then shoot out to 50 and 75 yards to see if there’s any POI error left or right ?
There’s also other issues that maybe causing the problem, improper barrel tension, canting, slight wind, etc ……
