keyser !!!! swfa sight pic. ?
ok when shooting my swfa 16x…..” keyser” sent this pic’s for the drops in the swfa 16x now I’m using kings diabolo 25.39 gr. but where it shows 102 yrd. shot i was low by two-three in. i had to use in-between the 3.5 and 4 diamond to get 100 yards is it just me or am i reading the wrong … now i don’t have a crony yet .. and only got 600 pellets threw the gun but dead on at 25yrds and 50 yards and at 75 yards i had to use.the 75 diamond but at its bottom …. i know all guns shoot derf…. i’ll have to play more but to windy here in san diego today santa anna but 82 dregs….. and i can’t spend to much time at 20.00 hr at the indoor range …. just thought or hoped it would be right on LOL LOL i don’t know what the turret pileup is for 100 yards or i would of tried it… just don’t know scopes always been a iron sight guy ….

I love my SWFA scope. Good thing Oaks 8 hours away, my last 3 checks bounced. He still hasn’t figured it out.
ya zero is at 50 yrd and thats what i figured , i’ll work on that chronograph …. moneys hard to come by these days LOL just starting this hobby so the cost is high …. i’ll just aim at 3.5-4 dots to get my 100 yrd shot until i get a chrono … or figure out the clicks to raise the zero to 100 its all good …. after i get a chrono i’ll want to make me one of them photo dope cards out to 250 and learn what i need to learn to make them shots…. its all fun shooting anyways the dove shots are all with in 50 yards anyways i don’t see me shooting any live targets past 100 yards so ….
Also that is a 50 yard zero. I did’t mean that photo to be a dope card for your scope. The truth is to be uber accurate you not only need to know your zero, but your velocity, drag profile and BC. Anyone can use generic information out to 100 yards, but to make kills out to 200 plus you need to figure out that gun/pellet combo BC. The very next thing you need to buy is a chronograph. Get that first and if you want me to help you figure out the real technical stuff later I will.
Until you get some velocity numbers of your gun you’ll just have to shoot it and figure it out. Even if you guessed your velocity correctly you have to take into account elevation, temp, and barometer and the wind also affects a projectile 90° in its rotation.
The Velocity is KEY…. with out knowing your velocity your gonna have to shoot it out and mark your own plot.

Don’t forget the BC, it changes the trajectory as well as the pellet speed/weight
Strelok has the feature to calculate bc using the pellet drop at a distance greater from zero. You say it shot 2-3 inches low, measure the exact length then ask KS to type it in (if he wants to) and then make a new sight pic
