hammer spring question ???
Was wondering what is the life span of a hammer spring in the crickets e dguns ECT.
Just would like your thoughts on this guys. Thanx for any information.

i never heard anyone had HST broken yet,,, my old Edgun has the original one since 2013 … there is older owner here to respond ,,,

On my Cricket 22 std tuned to 30 fpe I’ve shoot some 40,000+ shots and the hammer spring did loose a little tension over time but not by much.
If our did, just turn up the HST a little.
On the other hand on a high power tuned Cricket 25 cal, I’d advise you to detuned/remove the hammer spring entirely when not in use.
