Power Wheel Lock Up
I had the extreme valve put in my condor a year or so ago. No problems. Recently got curious about the new heavy JSB .25s and wanted to see if I could dial the condor down enough to shoot them at the 950-980 fps range. I knew they would be blistering out as set so I started off by dialing the power wheel all the way down and taking a shot. The fps went very low so I wanted to start back up slowly. The power wheel bound up and I can see a thin white piece of paper or plastic material out of place. Before I go tearing into this, anyone have any input? Thanks Jeff

Its like a shim and/or a washer that is a spacer between the the powerwheel shaft and leadscrew
Ok. Thanks will do. Do you know what the white piece I see sliding on spring is?
Maybe check that the anti rotation set screw is there and properly threaded? You might be able to place some side pressure with your thumb and push the whole power wheel forward against the spring enough to relieve the pressure from the washer enough to get it seated correctly and unbound.

Turns out there was some thin threading plastic bound up when I turned in the threads all the way then it bound up and didn’t want to unthread. The white was just the spring’s anti vibration tab. A paper thing I just took off. Didn’t seem to make a difference. In case this helps anyone else, note this; the power wheel is a two part piece! I did not realize at first and could not figure out what the female threads I saw in the end went to! Back it out all the way to make sure the threads are clear then when you put it back don’t thread all the way in or out. Middle worked well for me after being to tight the first time. All is smooth now
