Cricket why are you waited so long? You waited till I new topic will be released ? ๐
Omg, +1000 on the AR8300
I field tested it just now and the cocking is fucking sweet! It was so butter smooth I had to double check that I had a magazine in :8:
So polish and butter it up with this stuff – you wont be dissapointed….
I ordered some Archoil AR8300 yesterday and recieved it today, took apart my receiver and polished some parts, then used this stuff. Works great, I bought the 15gram shot and I can tell you, it will last a long time, used some on the hammer as well, so far so good. That does not however mean all other products suck… next up is the foam mod on the springs, they make a bit of noise :fishing:
NO this is the one, that’s just Cleaner Lubrication.
Also I wouldn’t use it on newly unseated parts unless u polished, only after some breaking in time.
A quick and dirty fix would be to use a drop of Ballistol, but that’s just if you’re cheap ….. … .

Does anyone some experience with this grease ? http://www.esslinger.com/molykote-dx-paste-grease-watch-lubricant-select-size/ It is Molykote DX. It should be good for lubing internals moving parts in the receiver ??!!
You’re welcome Jan. ๐
Also interesting information Sninj ๐ thx
On the subject of silicone grease, this is the best I’ve tried when it comes to O-ring lubrication: http://www.skygeek.com/molykote-55-med-grease-o-ring-150gm.html?utm_source=googlebase&utm_medium=shoppingengine&utm_content=molykote-55-med-grease-o-ring-150gm&utm_campaign=froogle&gclid=Cj0KEQjwwpm3BRDuh5awn4qJpLwBEiQAATTAQZYzhsEimOrt1DraTIoK27v6tyIkgiQ-EqvMueXbMgYaAvlT8P8HAQ. Ernest Rowe includes an ample amount of this same grease when you order an O-ring kit from him. The grease makes the O-ring expand for a good, tight seal. This is not the kind of silicone grease, however, to apply on the two O-rings on the regulator piston (large and small one) of the Cricket because the expansion of the rubber will significantly increase friction between the piston and regulator housing when it does its job of moving back and forth. All the other O-rings which serve to seal air without permitting movement, however, can be applied with it.
The grease really does enlarge the O-rings as Ernest had said. When I coated the small o-rings on the filling probe of the Cricket and inserted it into the fill port of my gun the next couple of days it became tighter to push in. It’s expensive, but it really does the job.
