Q:

Scope FoV Question

How to determine the Field of View of scope for different distances if have the FoV @ 100 Yards?
Ex: SWFA SS 20X42 have FoV of 1.9 @ 100 Yards. What will be the FoV @ 50, 25 …?

Thanks, I get it. But how to figure the exact value without measuring

Think of it like a triangle. Your at one point looking out. The angle of view does not change deepening how far you look. so if you have 100m field of few at 100m distance then you will have a 10m field of view at 10m. At least that’s what i think it was, buts its a very long time since I was at school so may be mistaken.
