Q:

How many ways can you mix the parts of airforce guns?

Well i have had a few questions on what fit where and what parts can together to make the gun work so heres a few ways to set them up. I started with a 24 in condor and a 18 in talon both in 22 cal.

Swap one is the talon with 24 in barrel and Talon Tunes 14 inch shroud.

Turns out its a few inches too long. It may work with a talon ss frame and the 24 inch barrel and tt shroud. Not sure how long a talon ss frame is.

Next is one that i actually loved the look of. Its the condor with 18 inch barrel.

If your looking for a cannon that is super short and packs a ton of power this is the way to go. Was slinging the 45 gr slugs with authority but it is insanly LOUD! 3400 PSI, short barrel and no shroud was loud enough to give me away to the wife and end the fun friday night. I was in the garage, door closed and she was out side with her friends on the back porch and heard it. Easily louder than a 22 lr but at only 32 inches man its a truck gun from h e down under!

Yeah i was really liking that set up. Even when powered down with the smallest restrictor and a .045 washer under the tophat it is insanely loud. She is all back together with the tt shroud and 24 inch barrel. Smashed 4 rats last night with it using 19 gr hn hunter extremes. Those are some pretty nasty pellets.

Love the night scope, one bad ass gun!!

Sorry for the delay. Work then the drive home. Man why can people leave me alone at work so i can play on the internet!

Not sure why you cant see them. Im on my cell phone and can see it. Will have to check out on my pc if i get a chance. Got a few more. Will see if they post.

Ok so while putting everything back together i have an extra barrel bush so figure what the hey! Lets add a 3rd bushing a few inches in front of the stock ones and vent it. That gives me 2 vented barrel bushings then the standard one by the power wheel. So into the vise the frame went. First thing i did was stuff a wad of toilet paper in the frame to stop any metal from getting into anything. Marked the holes, drilled them out and tapped them. Was 1 size to small! Dangit. No sweat drilled it again and went 1 size to big with the step drill bit. Only had about 1/2 the thickness of the frame for threading which will take nothing at all to strip so i moved back about 1/2 an inch and got it right this time. Threaded the holes and all is well. A nice 3rd barrel bushing and an extra set of frame vent holes. Used a brake cylinder hole to make sure there were no burrs on the inside. Will fill the extra hole with jb weld maybe. May leave them depends on how loud it is out side.

Ok having a few issues with photo bucket telling me it cannot find the photo info. Maybe that was the issue some have had. Will post more pics when i can.

Also the screws for the new bushing are scope stop pin! Same thread and length as the airfoce barrel bushing grub screws.
