After all my pissing , moaning , gripping, cussing, and just being a pain in the ass, I did it,
I bought a black short with a linstone (SP) Barrel, Should be here in about three or four days.
I hope I can get the JSB 18gr close to 900 FPS Maybe asking a little to much from the little one.

Just bought a Dead shot , have not tried it with the Crickets yet.
I have a self sworn PCP three gun limit, 22 and 25 Crickets are like lasers, Both Earnest tuned and keepers
If this Mutant turns out half as good as everyone says , Threes a charm ,
I know someone makes something or another to get a little more FPS out of the Mutant.I read about it somewhere?
But for now I am just going to shoot it and make it earn its right to stay in the gun safe…

Mike mine liked the 16 grain better. I think 30 foot pounds is too much for the little guy. My experience was that 22-25 foot pounds was the sweet spot for my baby. Congrats on a great little gun.
