Q:

Got my Mutant in

Frist impression is , It light and tiny
Got my Hawke Swinder30 4-16×50 SR pro IR mounted
I used high profile UTG Law enforcement 30mm rings
Did not get a chance to install the new Atlas bipod , need longer screws, I just hate laying my guns down , Use the pods to set them up.
Had to steal the adapter for the probe off my small tank , So got another ordered and some 16gr JSBs all I have is the 18gr and I was told the LISTONE barrel like the 16s better,
Did not get a chance to sight the gun in as the wife came home , (Hell no this is not a new gun, its one of the old ones I painted )
But this little thing slings up to the eye just perfect,
We will see how this little pup shoots tomorrow with the JSB 18s,

I believe pellet guns are illegal in Japan they have strict guns laws there only allowed airsoft replicas ……. but even so it’s a big hit with them !

Funny I posted on the AGN site and some one said the Mutant is made in China…
If That was the case , Mrodair would know my name very good,
I got some China air guns and I am not knocking them for the price.
But just the statement the Mutant is made in China , Shows how stupid some people can be,
:2cents:
I am a believer if Japan ever go in the air gun market they would wipe every one out .
It would not be cheap,
What they have done to the sport bike market is just unreal, anti skid, anti wheelie, anti slide , Anti wheel spen,
365 lb bikes making over 200 H/P

Well the mutant shot the Polymags better than my Cricket, 48 yards, Atlas bipod, No sand bags , off my home built table thats not idea for shooting, I am not a paper shooter , but I think the JSBs will shoot better.
I was shooting at the little R, 12 shots , Yes that’s one flyer, My faut not the gun . Dime will cover all holes except flyer.

Quarter size group 12 shots,

I never had much luck with .22 polymags in anything. I will try them too. Also the jsb 14.3s and 13.43s. The 13s should be close to 900 fps. My bet is th 15.9s and 18.1s will be tops.

The .25 polymags always shot pretty well in several guns.

Thanks Keyser
I think its going to be a keeper, I told Chris I would give him a positive on the Yellow , But I am not able to log in, Did I get kicked off for bad mouthing Peter?
Secoda, Yes I did give up on the Mutant for a while, BUT Dman kept on and on , I ask if his mutant was for sale , He was so positive on the Mutant , He really likes his gun,
I thought what the shit, LOL.
Got to shoot it a little today, had a few 16gr JSBs ran out and switched to Polymags, I am going to have to run a few more polymags through it
Not sure she is going to like them,
I know my Cricket does not like the polymags , Hoping this one would , We will see tomorrow.
Mike

I hated to let her go but now you guys know why I had to. I needed capital for my new venture. I am glad you got her Mike. I hope you enjoy her as much as I did.

Cool. I thought you gave up on one for a bit there. 🙂 They seem to be the best shorty BP out for now once they get a decent barrel. 😉 I am amazed at the trigger, smoothness, and accuracy every time I shoot it. I can hear my Baby Cricket whimpering on it’s rack. 😆 It’s a great gun as well but not quite the same trigger or action smoothness. These certainly are not your grandpa’s Red Ryder. 😯

Congrats Mike…the long battles have been paid off. You got the most accurate Shorty, tuned by the Master.
Keep us posted…

Regards,
Endo

Congrats Mike !!

A longtime in the waiting, but it’ll be all worth the wait.
Mines likes both JSB 16 and 18g, it depended on the lot batch.

Happy Shooting …… …. . . :biggrinn:
