Vulcan magazine fix
The pellet probe would not pass through the magazine when the magazine edge was flush with the breach block.
Would work smoothly only when it was pushed further away than the ball bearing indent.
But would again slip back to its intended position and fail to work. Both magazines had the same problem.
After double checking probe alignment, etc it came down to the magazines which were a bit off.
So fixed it with some JB weld and a new indent at the right place.
It now works perfectly. Hope this helps others who may have this problem.

Was in communication with Evgeny.The pellet probe (item 66) runs perfectly concentric to the bore so error in that area was ruled out. The conclusion was that most probably the axis screw holding the rotating part of the magazine appears off by a couple of microns due to manufacturing faults.
Evgeny promised to send me two replacement mags. The wait is on…

Says it could be misalignment of item 66 and offered to send replacement.

Roland , would have been nice if you stated what caliber of magazine who were having an issue with . I have 5 mags in .25 cal.

There was a shiny line done by the friction of the spring loaded ball on the mag which ended about 0.8mm on the flat part away from the groove.
That’s how I got the exact point to make the new indent. Also made the new indent such that it reassuringly snaps firmly into place so is not moved in
by cheek pressure or mild touch.
Don’t think this is a deformity problem though.
is your barrel fitted right? just cant believe 2 mags would be dodgy. in my experience, the depth of the barrel has an effect on how the mag snaps into place.
Ask Evgeny about that. I mean inform him so that he will not multiply that problem.
Nice fix. How did you determine the proper alignment?
Remove the pellet probe and observe from the rear of the gun?
Even centering the opening wouldn’t be quite right since the pellets sit eccentrically in the magazine.

Evgeny not only listened to my problem but walked along trying to figure where the problem was through my constant emails.
And true to his words I received two replacement magazines for free!!!
Now this is exemplary customer service.
