R3M Trigger?
I own a R3M .22 standard. I would like to adjust the trigger. It has one screw. I would like to remove the LONG 1st travel and have a crisp 2nd stage. I have been searching for topics but seem to be for other styles. Are people still installing a 2mm shim where the 2nd stage bump is? Thanks for any info.

Well, still having issues with trigger. I performed the tube mod on the first pin to eliminate some of the 1st stage. But I just can’t get it adjusted as I like. I guess the rifle must be held horizontal to set the trigger? Also after I get the trigger adjusted out of the stock and install the stock it will not cock. I’m getting very flustraded! I emailed Ernest but no response yet. Is there any trigger setup info? Do you rotate the long rod first to get your sear engagement then turn your single screw?

Being in perfecting tuning and refining the trigger I bought this and try it on the sear/hammer engagement hammer spring and spring guild rod.
It made the friction on the sear slip better and till now it hasn’t changed the pull weight, it made it very long term consistent.
Sir Ville recommend using it on the Cricket, cocking plate and areas of heighten ware and tare.
I clean all contact points with denatured alcohol before applying this, great stuff !
