Ok thanks.

Hum, sounds like the 2 piston O-rings are bad/harden out lack of lube/dried out maybe too causing it not to seat properly.

It could be also that there is something/dirt/debris lodged between/under the Delrin adjusting screw and the piston seat.
………… a backed/backing out brass piston O-ring retainer could be also.

I’d also check for a leak from the second/reg indicator hole, use a bit of spit on it and see………
If so, it’s the small one on the piston that’s bad.

I’ve never had any problems with since it’s only 8 months old.but I do hate to ship it up and down the country for something minor.

Had you just filled it or was it after some shots it stopped firing? A regulator leak could raise the pressure so much the hammer won’t release any air. Normally, it will shoot a little until the pressure is reduced back to the reg setting and then it will shoot normal unless it sits for a while.

Regardless, you may have to empty it and disassemble to see what is going on. There are videos and it is pretty easy. It must be completely empty via the bleed grub screw on the bottom. Have you worked on these guns before?

it’s holding air.

It sounds like broken valve stem except it is so new. Did it blow air or is it holding?
