Q:

High Quality 6000 psi Filter, SHOEBOX, OMEGA, AIRMAX

I have One Filter left right now for immediate shipping (more on the Way)

These are very nice High pressure Filters. All the Hardware, Hose ends/strain relieves and fittings are Stainless. comes standard with a 2ft microbore hose.

I make the Stainless Bleed Valves Myself in house…. By making the valves myself i am able to minimize connectors and adapters. which makes for a safer and cleaner design.

These are equipped with a Restrictor valve on the inlet so that the air doesn’t just rush through .

The picture shows how it comes standard. (if different fittings are need we can work on that) They come with a filter ready to Go. Replacement filters can be purchased from Here

THese Filters have working pressure of 6000 psi and a Test pressure of 12,0000 PSI

These Don’t Have a Priority Valve Like the Competition, let Face it I’m not gonna sell yah something you don’t need.

Here is a quote from the manual for the particular valve that is used by The competition.

“Also known as a priority valve, the model 1310 is a fully balanced, economical regulator. It serves a wide variety of uses, however its main use is on small compressors. The regulator will improve moisture separator efficiency and filter life as much as 450%. This is done by maintaining pressure in the separator and filter at about 1800 PSI when tank pressure is lower.”

Yes if you were filling your tanks from zero ….(more than just for the occasional inspection ) I would recommend one of these priority valves.

I can’t remember ever a time letting my tank get that low… Once the Pressure in the tank gets to around 1800 psi the valve opens up and its as if its not even there.

and that is why i have chose to not include one.

And here is a Picture From a Happy Customer….

Hi – what’s current price and shipping to Florida 32082?

I think I owe a review to Dman1114 or Jaime, even if he didn’t ask for one.
Business with him is extremely straight-forward, he sells what he says and it does work. Full-stop, no hassles.
Got the filter 2 weeks ago, put it through its paces and I am EXTREMELY satisfied with it so far.
This filter works very well, no condensate coming out the bleed hole after filling, no oil smell, nothing.
I am using this filter together with an Altaros compressor booster unit for the moment.
The filter housing itself is built like a tank, see below photo to get an idea.

Wall thickness at the thread base (thread not included: 5.5mm, below threads (main body) 12.7mm. I remember being impressed when measuring it. Two o-rings, therefore double sealing.
The filter comes ready with the bleed screw block including male foster fitting already fit and sealed, same for the fill line and female foster fitting. The ends that screw in the filter come with a seal washer each, as well. And the best is – everything seals, no hiss, nothing.
Only thing to do for the end user is to hand-tighten the bleed block at the input side and the fill line at the output side and be a happy camper. Jaime recommends to unscrew after use and to seal the filter with the red plastic plugs it comes with so that the desiccant does not get saturated over time by ambient air moisture.
Just for size comparison, the filter next to an AF talon SS bottle:

When topping up, be prepared that the needle on the gauge of your tank or air gun will not move immediately, as the filter needs to get pressurized itself, the volume being around 110cc (taking the inside measures of the cartridge, the inside length of the filter plus a little estimated volume for bleed block and fill line, and I hope not having screwed up the math here).
As to the filter itself, it has been developed as carry-on unit for scuba divers in need to fill up their breathing air bottles in environments where air filtration might not be completely ensured (e.g. mobile compressors on boats). It is therefore designed to provide breathing quality air and very well suited for supply of our airguns. At first, I didn’t really care for the activated carbon, but it’s good to know that the air is not only dry, but also oil-free. In addition, the filter unit uses Coltri-type cartridges, which fit a similar type of filter from Coltri, a widespread brand amongst divers, so the cartridge supply should last a while.
The added value is in Jaime’s choice of quality add-on components in order to have a plug and play system for air gun use and the workmanship ensuring it to be really plug and play, no leaks.
Now for the wishlist, this is going to be short:
1) Jaime offers to add a PMV, so this is already an option, no need to wish.
2) The only thing I can see would be a quality gauge (bar and/or psi) on the block with the bleed screw, for two reasons: 1st is that air gun gauges are not always very precise, so the control is welcome and 2nd is the time the filter needs to get pressurized when topping up a tank or air gun, with a gauge one can see that the system’s working.
I admit, I haven’t asked the question when purchasing the item, this is maybe already an option Jaime offers, please feel free to chime in if so.
Leaves me just with one final phrase: Thanks for this great product and recommendation hands down, eyes closed, if you are looking to buy one.
Cheers

For those interested it good DRY AIR. (Which should be anyone with a CF bottle and a nice PCP) The Dman filter is extremely well made. The unit is HEAVY, with all the confidence heavey construction instills. Build quality is beyond reproach.

I have been a bit under the weather of late, but will be giving it a full workout, and will post a review in a few weeks. 😉
