Blown O ring on new style breech.
What is the tool I need to unscrew the new brass ring to change the O ring?

The answer is: Seeger pliers.

There’s a few ways you could remove it, a good pair of circlip pliers will do it or two pins/drill bits (the blunt end) inserted into two of the holes then turned with a 3rd tool such as a screw driver will also remove it..
Personally Id be making a special service tool with 2 or 4 pins to suit and a socket end or hole for a rod to slot in.
