Q:

I’m Still In Shock And Awe !!!

Went out today after not shooting my Condor 25 cal for a couple of weeks .. man alive I forget ! She was launching 34gr JSB King Heavies at 975+. Very little noise (R&L Shroud) and was pounding everything.

She is spot on at 20 yds, which means she is on at 70 yds, about 4 inches low at 90 yds and about 6 inches low at 100 yds …. for me, this is off the charts. She is about an inch high at 30 and 60 yds, and a inch and a half high at the high point of 50 yds —– I don’t touch anything, I let the ballistics of the pellet dictate where I aim and that is it. The 3 inch scope height actually helps with this long range set up.

I just put the Ergo Tactical grip on and of course the MK II grip adapter … a very nice set up !

Here they are on my truck as usual !

quote bogman:

What fill pressure and power wheel settings are you using? No regulator?

I’m curious how many shots/fill you are getting.

Thanks!

My power wheel is at 6.8. I have an “O” ring in back of the Top Hat and use the top hat to adjust my initial starting velocity (very, very small adjustments). At 3000psi she shoots slow, I start her at the 2850psi mark and go to about the 2300 mark as best I can remember.

I was planning on running my Condor today to do a shot count, but the wind was so bad I could not. I’m thinking I get about 15+ good high velocity shots last I checked, but don’t quote me till I can get out and test her this week.

This gun is set up for “High Desert” shooting where ranges are long and power is important.
