Yes, it has a single shoulder strap, plus one carry handle on the side, and one on the top.
Nice, does that have back pack straps on it?

Love this bag. It works really well. Much easier than a hard case, and much easier to pack into the car if you are going on a family trip. The muzzle pocket and Velcro strap help anchor everything really well. Worth the purchase. I do believe owners of the Taipan short would get their gun to fit in the smaller 5.11 covrt M4 shorty pack too.
