for good 18650 cells…go with LG or samsung sourced….they are the best…..if you want cheap 12v just grab a battery from the local RC hobby store…3S lipo = 11.1v to 12.6 well within specs of most 12v systems which are rated for 12v car batteries which while being charged can be as much as 15v
MAH = is the size of your fueltank a 6800 mah battery should last 1hr if your draining with 6.8A (which you are not) your more likely to be using about 1A max and in that case it will last 6.8 hours !
1 lipo cell =3v to 4.2v depending if empty or full ! so a 3S (3 cells inside pack) would be 9-12.6v with a mean voltage of 11.1v
18650 out of china is a lottery, i got 2800mah cells that are more like 2900 cells……i got a flashlight not long ago with 3500mah batteries…however these are about a third of the waight of my lg and samsungs…and once on the discarge unit it turned out they where more like 1200mah…total bull shit…also they could not handle even a 2A discharge. my best LG takes a 20A discharge delivering 2400mah just as rated, and they do this without getting more than luke warm
i took a lens from my security cam (no IR filter) and put in my fpv camera with 200mw transmitter, added a 3w IR LED….i have fatshark fpv googles….i just gotta mount it up behind the eotech, and i am good to go with wireless headmounted display
