Trying To Wear This Thing Out – My Baby Mutant
I am on my fifth tin of JSB 18.1 500 tin pellets in four months of ownership. I truly believe I am trying to wear this thing out. :biggrinn: I am sure I will switch back to the .177 Baby Cricket to give the baby Mutant a rest for a while but this is one hell of a PCP. 😉 I am not sure how they can top this. It is the perfect size. Semi-auto maybe? Ok the grip on Michal’s stock makes it a real joy to hold and that trigger is just amazing.
btw – as a long time bench rest competitor and long range prairie dog aficionado (4 decades between the two) I have that Aeon scope set at 36x and it is perfect with the trajectory reticle. 😉 Off of a rest I would not change a thing. Ok – I would pop a March on it if someone gave it to me but it is ridiculously unnecessary. 😛 Thanks for getting these guns into the US!

hi elmer, is that the 42 or 52 objective – how are you finding the scope ? btw how did you achieve that finish on the metal work on your mutant – liking it!!

It’s the 52mm version. It’s probably the best airgun scope out there as long as you like the reticle choices. The finish is just vinyl wrap in Kryptek camo. https://kryptek.com/
