One more solution to accuracy woes
Had accuracy problems off and on.
Discarded the white o rings and compensated with a delrin spacer of appropriate size.
Problem solved for good.
Hope it helps others who may have similar problem.

what is the material of the white o rings. PTFE or rubber. is it soft or hard?
FYI: my o rings are soft black rubber and had no problems with accuracy. are your baffles marked by pellets?
