Q:

AWSOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

So I discovered that my Escape ul .25 has an air leak the other day. I have tried the “dry fire” method and the “hammer” method neither one helped. So I decided to call Airforce to see about sending it in for service.
Upon calling Airforce a nice women answered the phone. I told her that I wwas having an issue with my Escape and was wondering how I go about sending it in for service. While speaking to the women on the phone I began to think “Have I sent in my warranty card?”.
The nice women on the phone asked me for my personal info and low and behold I had not registered my airgun for its warranty….she told me that she would be glad to do it for me “I purchased the airgun on December 31st 2015. I said “ok that would be great”.
After giving my info for the warranty registration she asked me what the problems I was having with my escape. I explained to her that I was experiencing an air leak from my tank and cannot resolve the issue. She said she would be glad to help. after giving her some more info she said she would be emailing me with instructions on how to go abojut sending in my tank for service.
My personal experience with airforce today has been/was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. Thank you airforce…………….

Airforce fixed my Texan way cheaper than white wolf charging me $179 for taking it apart in 5 hours. Their biggest expense was shipping it back to me in Canada.
