LDC on shorty mutant
The Neil LDC is 7″ long and goes on my Cricket 25, The Donny LDC is 6 1/4 long and goes on the Mutant 22
The LDC does come off when I store the Mutant in my pistol cabinet of my gun safe,

The Crickets used to be quiet guns, The Mutant changed that history,
Even with the LDS on the 25 or the 22 cricket and NO LDC on the mutant,
The Mutant wins the quiet game hands down,,,
Now which LDC is quieter on the 22 and 25 Crickets, Its a toss up,
But then again I have the sound deading foam on the 22 LDC and not the 25 LDC.

Donny keep me posted , As I would really like to put a better one on my Cricket 22.
I just can not bring myself to put any foam noise suppressor on the beautiful carbon fiber.

I have 4 new LDC coming out soon Mike, hang tight to your panties 🙂 I haven’t been making LDCs in months awaiting my new lathe which should be here anytime. New LDCs will have removable end caps in knurled aluminum.
oops I have a picture of my Cricket but the LDC is wrapped in sound dampening foam,
I think I got it from (LDC) Peter, I screwed up as the male end is on the LDC and female end is on the gun,
So if I ever want to get a better LDC from Donny I will have to send in my shroud to see if they can fix my screw up.

I too have been very impressed with both my shorty and std especially in the noise factor. I have a donny LDC (impressive craftsmanship!!!) and was curious if the already quiet could be decreased….. My neighbors have heard me shoot, but were not sure what I was doing. I a forever looking for a lead slinger that is silent. (unfortunately physics has it limits, but the mutant will continue to push those limits!) I still cannot believe how quiet that they are especially with an additional LDC. I am also exasperated that they are less than 28″. Freaking crazy sweet!!!!!! :8: :8: :8: :8: :8:
