So how much does TED Holdover Youtube account make?

5 dollars is actually pretty high for that amount of subs/views though

finally something i actually know a little bit about.

unfortunately there is more to it then sub numbers and views.

the amount of time you actually spend watching the video, replays, shares, ect, ect, ect play a big part in the income portion of youtube.

so lets say we have 5k people on this website. and every one of us watch say tulsas videos withing 3 days of a new video release. and we all shared that video to 3 people. thats 15k views, however not everybody watched the video all the way through. this creates a false value. youtubers only get paid if a video is watched without fast forewarding or skipping through a video and watch 97% of the entire content. so say only 2500 of the views are complete views. you only get paid for those portions.

now theres a little more depth, due to youtubes new terms of service agreements. airgun or any gun videos can be found as a “dangerous act’ and may fall under a violation where you cant make any money even if there are no ads to be shown for the video.

and ted himself because it shows pictations of violence against animals falls under a violation of the new terms which may actually prevent monetization of his videos past present and future. he already got flagged once because of his slowmo shots of impacts.

also another thing, is that those income numbers are only projections of earnings and may or may not relate or corelate to actual income. it says 23k but if any of the things i mentioned happen. those numbers may actually only be 18k or lower due to certain circumstances such as only partial views or reviews from members. as a review doesnt count as money making and only new viewers count.

as for the projections, it sounds about right. but in reality he probably only makes anywhere from 18 thousand to about 55 thousand and 55 thousand is pretty high. now take something like the airgun gear show or even a bigger youtuber like captain sparklez or even olofmeister (pro cs:go player) on youtube theyre predictions are 5x what teds are but only because of initial views themselves. captain sparkles uploads a lot of minecraft and livestreams a lot, streaming is what really brings in the money.

in conclusion, those are only predictions or projected numbers and not actually represenative of actual income. only the actual account holder has access to the real numbers. or the networks he works for, which isnt listed cause he doesnt have one.

more so, its more like how much does fx pay him to do the videos with theyre guns and only theyre guns? cause i can promise you they are paying atleast double what youtube is paying for product exposure but fx is a guarntee paycheck unlike youtubes.

I agree I think he really helped the airgun sport boom, With all brands of air guns..
I seen his videos and started reading everything I could on air guns, I bought a Marauder 25 and got on the Marauder site and read all I could.
Zonk took me to the dark side and put me on to the Tag site and , I blew smoke , bitched and moaned about the Cricket price,
I was told to suck it up and enjoy the new Earnest tuned 22 Cricket,

That is true, if it was not for him I sure as hell never would have started airgunning.

So how is this relavent? It is not youtube that pays off Ted and gives him Free guns. I know youtubeers who make around $3000 a day every day. But so what? They work hard like any other except they make a fuckton of money that some could only dream of.

It appears to be an attempt to confess that he is a paid and biased reviewer finally. I am not sure how that helps him at this point. It would be like Hillary admitting she is a multiple felon. We already know they are guilty as hell.
