Q:

Tell me about hammer spring adjuster?

I ‘ve had my gun for about 6 months. I shoot about 950 with the stock setting. My hammer adjuster has a black screw with a hex opening, Is that the cover to the adjuster or is that it(the hex adjusts it?) How much difference in FPS can be adjusted? Thanks. Bill

For me it depends, on my 177 compact I like to dial the HST it up and down a lot.
But with my 22 std I leave it at 880 fps where it likes it the best.

Sounds to me that u have a 25 cal ?
You need to check with your gun what it does when u turn the HST and crony to check at what’s the best/accuracy is optimum for your gun, they differ a bit.

If your factory HST strips out like mines did, the best HST IMO is this one which comes with a degasser.
