Q:

Shooting CHRONY MK2 R2

Hi guys, if anyone is looking for a great functional Chronograph

this is it
Shooting CHRONY MK2 R2 can be had from ebay, comes with batteries.
Well packed. Delivered in a week from Poland no issues.

comes with one extra cover which fits over the batteries (you have to fit) with cutouts for the light/sensors.
Got a serial port so can connect to PC, decent on off switch.

It seems not to be influenced by the fluorescence light tubes indoor.

have a look at this

it pi$$es all over my previous ones. Prochrono digital and Combro.

looks like yours is a better find!
air chrony is shipping from cz that is what they say on the website. seems like altaros website no?

Ignore my comments about this Chrony R2.

Mine is indeed the Air Chrony from Praha. No the same product. I was confused by the similar appearance and design.

This Chrony R2 seems to be available at a MUCH lower price. Can’t see pricing on their site, but one linked dealership seems to have it at $40 US equivalent. Not sure if that is right.

Kris, how much was it delivered?

Air Chrony is not the same as Chrony R2. I use Air Chrony

The above seems like some other manufacturer

It contains its own illuminator LED’s and sensors completely within the device. No need for external light.

Mind, you the projectile aperture is small, about half the size of your cell phone.

None the less, I use it both at barrel tip and at 12 yards. Easy for a Vulcan to put the pellet down the center.

Wait. They’re shipping out of Poland now?

I ordered from https://www.air-chrony.com/en/ in Praha

Is this a different manufacturer?

Does it work indoors and in low light?

I have the version prior to this one. Even that is super reliable. You just don’t get ERRORs during your shot strings.
