Q:

Mutant Shorty Bipod

Just curious if anyone has a favorite bipod for a shorty. I have an Atlas that I can take off my Wildcat, but I’m thinking of buying a bipod for the Shorty so I don’t have to switch back and forth. I haven’t added a picitinny rail to the Shorty yet, so I would be open to other attachment options. I’m also considering the Atlas knockoff. Hate to do that but the price is hard to beat.

For airgun applications most not branded accessories are ok IMHO.

Of course if you mount an original 2K USD$ scope you will shot more varmints.

It’s not that you can see more, it’s because they will come in masses to check by themselves if the rumors are true

I have the greenbase knock off. It is inferior to the Original, but also 10x cheaper lol

Thanks for the info Mike! Been eyeing the knock off myself.

I like the Atlas (knockoff) but I also like the Harris (knockoff) a little better, Spring loaded legs just come down faster and up faster,
Maybe a little cheaper to, I have an Atlas on my Mutant short, and Harris on my two Crickets 22 and 25 , Just bought another Harris for some reason,
I myself think the China cheap knock offs is going to come to a halt very soon with Trump in Office,
I am a big Trump supporter,

Looks cool. Did you use the picitanny/swivel stud plate that came with the bipod, or just put a picatinny plate on the Shorty?

Thanks for the suggestion!

I have a UTG Recon 360 for mine when the need arises
