Uncle Hoot Nails 36" Golden Lake Trout With Vulcan .25!!!

I clipped this from the Toad Suck Daily Expressor just to prove it’s true.
Got him between the eyes as he as coming up to eat. I was slicing off the very ends of my finger tips as bait…so I only had ten chances to get one, I had to make that shot count. Vulcan Gen II, Ernest tuned, updated with new mods, Barracuda 31gr pellets. One shot kill!
We bugged the living hell out of the state wildlife and lakes commission to stock our waste water treatment and public recreation lake with some quality fish so we could fish like everyone further down the mountain. When they finally dumped 500 of them in there, they said these fish were a “Hybrid”…I looked it up but I’m still not certain what that means…exactly! Some of the older fishermen believe it’s a cross between a golden lake trout and a stripper…???

What Chinese Pistol? I just placed an order for the Artemis/Airmax MKII/PP700 with square shroud.
That’s a Southern Arkansas Golden Trout! AND…it’s a trophy mounted on my mantle :fishing:
Jealous individuals have tampered with the picture to add carp-like features to it, but it’s a world class trophy. All the guys at the tractor repair shop have verified my catch!!!

I’ve seen The Uncle “nail” a Trout but it wasn’t with a hook and sinker. That ols Bastard is the King of “nailing” , no matter if it’s a Trout, a Chicken or a Toad. The Uncle nails them all – with no hesitation. Keep your Fowl inside and under a watchful eye if you live in Arkansas.

One interesting and little known fact is that if you pour 3cc’s of Hennessy into the left gill of the Golden Lake Trout and shake the fish for 27 seconds, it can be hung upside down as a bug zapper/nightlight combination.

The laser was on MY gun…not the trout’s head! The paper reported that wrong.
The Golden Trout is not edible, as it tastes much like the common carp…or so the Arkansas Game and Fish advised us when they stocked them in the Toad Suck Waste Water Treatment and Recreational Lake.

I was always under the impression that this particular hybrid species had lasers on their foreheads? Hoot, when you shot it in the head, did you hit the laser, or did you remove it afterwards?
If you did remove it, how many times can it still be fired before it gets smelly, and is it a single or double stage trigger mechanism?
