Modify the Short’s shroud? Anyone lower the pitch
Mine is a bit “snappy” in pitch and I’d like a lower, and more muted pitch. Has anyone ever modified the OEM shroud, or it’s internals and produced a lower pitch? I know I can buy aftermarket LDC’s, and probably will, but I’d want a lower pitch if possible. Personal preference and all that.

OK iride, if/when I find it I’ll post a link here. I wonder if I can buy a spare shroud to experiment on? Then again, no need to reinvent the wheel if someone’s already been down that trail.

Uncle Hoot has done this mod. And he did a write up some where here.
