Q:

I do not think the powerburners get it.

Not sure the power burners get it,
We all do not live on a ranch, and if you do I am green with envy, :fishinghole: :fishinghole:
So the average Joe that likes to shoot goes and buys a 30-06 , Its an all day job going to the range, and them he shoots this gun once a year in deer season, Yes he has a 9mm, 357, and 40cal pistol , Two or three rim fire rifles a 10-22 for sure, He loves to shoot gets to the range once a month or so.Or if you got a family, once or twice a year. Its called life, suck it up. :angrymob:
We air gun people that also have a power burner safe full of guns we never shoot WHY? Takes time… :confusedn:
Because we like to shoot we like to keep it simple and have air guns. :biggrinn: :biggrinn:
We just bought our new air gun and we shoot five days a week, Seven if we got a very loving wife,
We spend 15 minutes or maybe hours a day testing our skills after work some weekends hell its our back yard.. Its pretty well the same trigger, breath , follow trough and hold. 😉 😉
HE WHO SHOOTS THE MOST IS THE BEST SHOT, :4: :4: :4: :4:
WE buy the best pellets we can 500 pellets for 15 dollars That’s about 0.03 per shot, What a cheap sport. 😛 😛 😛
Hell our scopes cost more that most rim fire rifles, You may be like me and just dropped the ball and bought a compressor I lucked out and bought a Sheldon compressor , Paid for it self the first year, :suprisedn: :suprisedn:
And yea I was pissing and moaning about the price of my first 22 Cricket that I had Earnest tune, Before I had the second magazine fired in the barrel , I was looking for my 25 Cricket to buy, It was that good and rewarding 😉 😉 😉 😉
Or maybe the power burners do get it, They just do not have a back yard,

Kid, you’d better hurry before I have them all shot! This is my 48th year going out and I can’t wait to get out there. We take about a dozen or so different firearms of different calibers. Some years I go out twice, it’s a long haul sitting in a truck.

Bird here in Ohio we get to have all the toys……………..

My Tony Kidd 10-22 with it’s two stage 6 oz trigger is awesome. One of my favorite prairie dog guns. Three weeks to go and I’ll be blasting them. :5: :5: :5:

That sounds awesome. I hope to do that some day. Have a Rem 700 Varmint .22-250, AR15 .223 and CZ 17 Hornet in preparation of that :biggrinn:
Not too many PDs out here near Boston though so they mostly shoot holes in paper. :sadn: But I’m only 15 min from my club/range so it’s not as bad as Mike makes it sound.

My airguns are for backyard critters and being quiet in the woods and they are awesome in those applications. 😛

There’s a lot more where those came from………….

iride , thank you for your kindly input , I will take it under great consideration . There maybe more to Zonk
then anyone knows . However , I love his toys . :biggrinn: :biggrinn: :biggrinn:

Birdman be careful for what you wish,
Zonk is an ex mafia boss from Chicago, He has a lot more hit guns in the kitchen,
He bought out the local police so they pretty well leave him alone.

Damn Zonk , I think you may have been the lost brother that we lost years ago . Got an extra room at your place .
Doesn’t have to be big and it is okay if it is filled with lots of guns .

Yea I am hopping to get it soon with a Mutant .25 shorty,
Mike

Very well said Mike.
I think a lot more people will get “it” soon.
Tony

If you like guns…..
all guns, then they should like airguns too.

Cheap to shoot, you can keep up with your shooting skills. In your back yard, or basement.

Just watch the windows, or they may need re-placing LOL!
Just ask my wife, or maybe you better not!

iride , I understand your point . I have both types of guns and each have their own place in our shooting arena . What I
really want is the very best type of gun for each arena . (1) a PCP that is dead accurate at least to a 100 yards that is
very quiet up to a .30 caliber if possible for back yard shooting and no more than 28 inches long with a forward cocking
lever . ( 2 ) a .22 caliber rim fire in semi-auto that is very quiet that is deadly accurate out to 150 yards , no more than
28 inches long to 24 inches short adjustable . Money isn’t a problem for me , my problem is that I live in California and
as far as having a very quiet Rim fire gun the Liberals in this state have fucked me in my rights to be able to have a
suppressor for a rim fire or a center fire gun . :angrymob: :angrymob: :angrymob:
