Q:

Weight difference?

I’m curious as to how much lighter the shorty is than the standard in a given caliber. Anyone know?
I think the shorty is about 70% of the length of the standard but I’d guess at the weight being 80% or more since only the shroud and barrel are lighter.

Hey cool thx!

DB,

As you did with your .25 post with the air consumption, total shot count, fps and all; it would be awesome to see the difference with the standard vs the Shorty?

Of course it would be better if the caliber’s were the same for this for sure.

Thanks. I was wondering if the shorty would be much lighter carrying around. Doesn’t look like it matters that much… with weight anyway. With concealment there’s a big difference 😛

As pictured…the Standard weighs 9lbs exactly and the Shorty weighs 8lbs exactly

Hope this helps out. :biggrinn:

I can weigh mine tonight for you. Have a shorty .22 and standard .25 with pretty much identical scope and rings setup.

No one can tell me what a shorty weighs?
