100yd groups with .25 JSB heavy mk2
Hola, amigos. I got the chance to shoot a few groups at 100 yards today with my Edgun. A few months ago, I bought some of the JSB Heavy mk2 pellets hoping they would perform. They’ve been pretty accurate in my backyard pest sniping, but I’ve never actually grouped them on paper until today.

Here are two of the better groups. I don’t remember what happened with the first shot but it was probably grip related… The gun jumps more noticeably with the HST cranked up to shoot the mk2’s @ 830 fps. I haven’t shot for groups in a while so I spent a considerable chunk of my hour and a half at the range ‘rediscovering’ my baby girl’s preferred grip pressure… Anyway, the next four shots went into 0.69” ctc.

Five shots into 1.08” ctc with four into 0.79” ctc. Bottom shot was prior to scope adjustment.

And, here’s a shot string with the Edgun Chrony from EdgunWest. Seems kind of ugly… I’m going to try to get a repeat next week with my prochrono. But assuming the Edgun Chrony is working as intended, what do I need to do to fix my string? Is my HST too high for my current reg setting?
