edgun matador r3m long .22 need some advice plz

hey ,, good morning for all ….
i bought my lovely rifle edgun matador since 7 months ,,, and bought huma reg so which bar i should set in huma and optimal velocity for it ?? note im using jsb 18 g …
i need to change the valve coz i noted that it get some scratches in plastic part of valve so which one better to buy it ??

So you think if i continue with 140 set regulator may valve I mean plastic pis will broken???
Or no you wasn’t lucky???
And you made new metal one or no???

I had a valve stem scratched on plastic part before. The problem is the valve spring coil is too sharp. I use round file to smooth the coil and fix the problem.

I did test with 25 gr and 130 bar on huma reg but I arrived to 272 m/s

I have no idea what valve you have, some time ago Ed cut a recess in the valve housing and shortened the valve stem and valve body. If the valve body has scratches on it that will not affect the gun. The only important thing is the valve seals

Set the Huma at 120 Bar and the gun at 900 to 915 FPS. This I will give you a large shot count while still giving you enough power for long range shots
