Q:

chinese airforce bullpup kit

for some time now there have been chinese frame blanks for the airforce/gunpower rifles. and there are even complete aiforce bullpup kits, with special frames trigger groups and valve adapters to fit the bottle under the frame. but somehow i can almost find no information about people realy having a condor bullpup.
has anybody here ever treid to build a condor bullpup?
and if so how did it work out?
by the way i know the microlite bullpup exists but that is not the bullpup i want to talk about in this topic.
the frame blanks were easy to find on alibaba. but they are starting to get harder to find.
the condor u valve adapter is also still availible on alibaba.
the bullpup trigger groups are more difficult to find.
there are some interantional sellers that sell all the components and complete bupup kits.
one of them is ttspress. but i treid to contact them and their english is so bad that i don’t dare to buy a kit there.

and then there is also a vietnamese compagny that sells the kits

i would still like to have a airforce bullpup because i got loads of extra internals and with a few extra bullpup kits i could simply build a few extra guns. and i would like to have a few short airforce guns.

i have talon p official version and i can say you that the quality is equal
very well made but you have to mount the gun by yourself

are you bought a kit on this company?

…i can’t fugure out why they milled all those groves in the side of the frame…

They shouldn’t interfere with the hammer- look at the pics, the slots don’t start until after the hammer. At least, that’s how it looks to me.

The U adapters are a good solution to get the maximum barrel length/minimum overall length on a BP build, but most of the ones I’ve seen look kind of ……… ugly?

Here is a link to the best looking U adapter build I have seen so far.

Eh… That doesn’t really do it for me. I would also think the U adapter would kill flow, since the pre-chamber (if there is one) doesn’t look big enough to me… Unless that whole block is the pre-chamber. But if it is, what’s the volume? Overall, I think the original design is best…

i’m using a pre chamber etac adapter or a constant pressure chinese pre camberd valve so no problem there.

If you’re going to build this bullpup, are you going to have enough room? With the tank and Etac, it might prove too long…

the looks are of no importance to me i want a short lenght lower scope mount and be able to use all of my barrels hammers and springs to sort out a nice set up that works.

but thanks for the link! by the way i can’t fugure out why they milled all those groves in the side of the frame. and i don’t believe is is good for the hammer to run along those groves where dirt can enter the frame.

I have two extrusions from eBay/Alibaba, Just haven’t had time to start milling on them. I have the spare tanks and spare valves, springs, barrels and trigger guts to do them. Just need the time and little bit of head scratching before I plunge the end mill!

and are you planing to build a bullpup out of it?

Don’t care for it either. Nice CNC machining but not a fan of bullpups. Only Bullpup I ever liked was a Steyr AUG.

I don’t even know what I want to do with mine anymore… :biggrinn: :biggrinn:

I’ll have to check mine to for out-of-round before I get started.

I also have two extrusions, but the thing you need to check is the bore of the extrusion- mine were both egg shaped (Dyotat100 actually warned me of this), and I had to have a machine shop essentially re-bore the extrusion so that it was round. I only did it to one extrusion… I should have just done both at the same time.
