Q:

Cricket Cocking Lever Pin Removal ? Suggestions???

Any suggestions for getting the pin out. I tried a magnet a couple ways, while pointing it down and wobbling the cocking lever around,
but no movement.
Thought about a glue or Shoe Goo on a small nail head. Don’t really like that idea.
So before I grab a drill and tap and screw something up.
Just wondering if there’s another way I’m not thinking of.

Nice job you did there.

Here’s a few pic’s. — I’m not recommending this. — I just found it to be my best option.

Measured and drilled a hole .005″ over size. A little debur and receiver cleaning. Problem solved.

Sure goes back together fast and easy like this. I have a wood cheek piece that will cover the hole anyway.

Looks like the cocking plate will be a problem at some time.

Cumshot, let us know how it turned out. Better yet post some pictures!

Zonk – Thanks for a reply. No help for me on Youtube though.
Since the .35 cal. Cricket is different than the other calibers. ( Bolt Pin won’t pull down and out.)
All I need is to remove the Bolt so I can make a .25 cal. Bolt for it.
But, the Cocking Lever Pin needs the come out to remove the bolt pin. And of coarse the Lever Pin wants to stay.
Sooo… I will drill a hole through the top of the receiver today and drop the Bolt Pin through that hole. No more problem.
Like all my Kalibrguns but they sort of screwed the pooch on this .35 cal. receiver design.

Someone had a utube video awhile back on removing it.
