Talondor barrel od at the breech

Hi I had a 30 Cal barrel that I turned down to 12mm and am looking for the od of the breech side and how down the barrel that diameter goes . I am also looking for the loading door to seal the 30 Cal barrel to the top hat . Thanks for any help
