Sanding michael stock down
I got one of the Michael stocks for my Mutant 22, Testing my wood working skills for my Cricket 25 wood stock rebuild.
Sanded the mutant stock down by hand, What a pain, I will try and post pictures up, Anything will look better than what it was.
It was painted truck bed liner and was pealing off in places.

Dam Mutant, took the stock off, took the scope off, did all my work, Put it back together, It was dead on ,
The mutants are so accurate I bet I could have put it together backwards and still hit the target at 48 yards . :whistle:
Must be my new and improved gun smiting powers, :rofl:

Hell no I am not taking pictures, My wife said it looked better sanded down, :whistle:
I put two coats on it should have sanded down between coats , Maybe another time, :winkn:
It shoots good, feels good, Pretty? Looks better than it did with truck liner .

Got a local guy that dips stocks , Could not give me a price over the phone,
I will be talking to him this weekend , Carbon fiber , or camouflage is my only colors I would want.
