Bleeder screw valve

My .25 is leaking from the bleed valve, I heard you can replace it with nylon tipped screw, whas the size or a link would be better, thank you in advance! :8:

Thank you guys for your responses, the screw bleeder was a custom fix from Ernest when he tuned and fixed the leak a few years ago, I bought the degassing tool from him a couple months ago . I’ll msg you my addresss thank you!!!

Hey Renval,

They’re a couple of ways you can do a fix.
Heard that you can use a cut off piece of a large O-ring and place it in first then the small ball bearing then screw along with a bit of Blue Loctite set over night.
Also I purchase a bunch of the nylon tip screws you’re talking about but never had a chance to used them yet.
Knowing the tendency of this to ware out and leak I never bleed out from the factory AT out, I use an after market HST that came with a degasser.

But, if you like I’ll send you a couple of nylon tip hex screws for free, just PM me your address Sir.
You need to remove the factory ball bearing before using this screw.
