I Really haven’t had an opportunity until today to see how far my .22 cal. pump carbine can reach out and kill pigeons because my longest
kill shot until today was at 15 yds. Today I took out a pigeon at 26 yds. which surprised me because I really thought that my little shooter
would only have a max kill range of 20 yds. at best . Now , I hoping for a killing range of 30 yds. which now I will attempt with 14.3 gr.
pellets . AN ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST :4:

Well the new 2.5 scope is really working out quite well , yesterday morning killed two roof nesting pigeons at my daughters house
and killed three more pigeons this morning . Can hardly wait until DayLight Saving Time changes so I can take out pigeons with
the laser that came with the scope . :4: :8:

Birdie what FPS are you shooting?
miksatx , your right a pigeon is a very tough bird . It was sitting facing me so I was able to take a frontal shot . I aimed at the base of its
neck and hit it in the throat and it died on the spot , pellet may have gone in deep enough to break its spinal cord . Anyway its dead .

Thats good shooting birdman. Pigeon just pretty tough bird to take out.

Little shooter , 14.3 gr. pellet at 30 yds. is possible , took out a pest bird on my neighbors roof just before dusk , my
range finder said 30 yds. even . Now to see if 35 yds. is possible .
