Pellets v/s slugs, Very good stuff
I almost put this in the FX site, :rofl: But since TAG does not have a place for pellets this is the place to put it.
Now I like Matt a lot in his old Videos he talks very highly of the Crickets before he got on the FX payroll.
He knows his stuff, but he also has to make a living , And I understand.

I shoot the NSA 15.5 in my Kosak their accurate as any pellet I’ve shot. Over kill for sparrows lol. Shot a couple squirrels at 19yd both dropped dead dead. I’v hit a few that just curl up and hang on then drop out dead. :4:

I said I was going to keep the 177 at 13gr or below, Got to make an exception with the slugs
as I ordered the 15 gr slugs.
This is just a test anyway to see what all the fuss is about,
I do think it will be next to impossible to beat the 13gr JSB pellets ,
Just never know that is why I am trying them,
I never thought I would like a PC just because of its shot count, But the Vulcan 177 is sticking to my ribs pretty close.

I think the 177 should do well with the little slugs, Fast, Flat shooting , and its my new gun. :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

Same here Greg. Where I shoot at they have some houses close by, 200 to 300 yards out and I wouldn’t want to accidently put a slug through a window or siding. And like you said if I need a slug to kill something I’ll just grab my Tony Kidd 10-22 or my Remington 40X to do the job. Everything I’ve shot at with a pellet has done the job.
Not sure if I’d ever will go into Slugs/Bullets in spite of all its increase range and accuracies in Airguns ……
The reason I use an Airgun is for legality and safety range limitations for where I’m shooting at.
If I could and safe/legal, I would just pick up my Rimfire 10/22 and start at it.
Most of my pest can be taken within 70 yards ………

Got my 15.5gr NSA 177 caliber slugs in the mail today, That was fast,
They look so pretty I hate to shoot them. :rofl:
Maybe try and get a few shots off this weekend ,
